If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we are happy to exchange or refund it within 30 days of purchase.
Any purchases made in December may be exchanged or refunded up to 30 days from 25th December. This is to allow for any items bought as Christmas gifts.
A full refund of your purchase price or a like for like exchange will be provided on receipt of returned products. Please note any carriage costs will not be included.
To obtain a refund or exchange products must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt if purchased from one of our events or proof of online purchase, and a reason for the return/exchange. Please contact us to inform us that you are returning your product, stating your reason for the return.
Any products damaged in transit will be replaced on receipt of a photo of damaged packaging and damaged products. Please email us at email@example.com
Excluded from this policy:
- Commissions - Once a design is printed we cannot offer a refund. A replacement will be sent if damaged in transit (photo evidence required).
- Accidental customer damage.
