Dispatch times:
Commissions can take from 1 day up to 1 week to create (usually dependant on customer response times) and are dispatched once printed. All commissions with urgent deadlines are prioritised acccordingly.
We will email you once your order has been dispatched and we will include a postal tracking number where applicable.

All UK orders are posted by Royal Mail or Parcel2Go.
We do not currently ship outside of the UK and channel islands.
Materials:
All our orders are shipped in 100% bio-degradable eco-friendly packaging.
We use bespoke double walled cardboard artwork boxes for framed wall art; reinforced cardboard envelopes for unframed wall art; recycled cardboard boxes for mugs.
The void fill used for parcels is starch based, vegan friendly, dust free and non toxic. It has a low impact on our planet, can be reused, composted or dissolved in water, which helps reduce landfill.
The bubblewrap and cellophane used is bio-degradable.
